Krüger Benali Destination Management GbR was founded by Alexander Krüger and Karim Benali, who first met during their university years in the 1980s. After graduation, their professional paths initially diverged as both built international careers, gaining valuable experience across two continents.

Karim Benali, originally from Morocco, brings extensive expertise in African event and destination management. His deep cultural roots and strong network enable the creation of tailor-made luxury events, executive retreats and high-end MICE programs across North and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Alexander Krüger spent more than 20 years in the Caribbean and Latin America. His personal and professional presence in the region means he knows the destinations not merely from a touristic perspective, but as a second home. Today, Germany and the Caribbean form his core bases.

Both founders are personally present on site and accompany projects directly. This hands-on involvement, combined with decades of international experience, guarantees premium quality, discretion and precise execution.

Today, Krüger Benali Destination Management stands for exclusive business events, executive retreats, incentives and private celebrations in Africa and the Caribbean – individually designed, locally rooted and internationally aligned.

We primarily serve German companies, decision-makers and private clients seeking exclusive destination events abroad. As a boutique DMC with German structure and international presence, we combine intercultural expertise with clear German communication – ensuring transparency, planning reliability and the highest quality standards for incentives, executive retreats, luxury events and private celebrations overseas.
